Bridgz Marketing Group was founded in 1995 as Digital Marketing, Inc., with a vision
to help companies take advantage of emerging digital/data technologies in delivering
more personally relevant information and offers to narrowly defined customer segments,
for improved marketing performance.
That vision has not changed; the technology and media have.
Today we are a team of 75 cross-functional specialists, working in concert with
client organizations to plan and manage customer-centric programs across multiple
channels and media, with more meaningful interactions.

Jim Bergeson
President and CEO

Jim is the former president, CEO and chairman of Colle & McVoy Marketing Communications
in Minneapolis. In his tenure there of nearly 20 years, he helped lead the agency
to a run of unprecedented growth, until 2000 when he negotiated the sale of the
company to MDC Partners. He has held leadership positions with the International
Communications Agency Network (ICOM), the American Association of Advertising Agencies
and the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce. And for more than a decade, he has been
involved with the Homeward Bound Foundation, an organization that serves children
with complex mental and physical disabilities.

Glenn Wagner
Vice President, Business Solutions

Prior to joining Bridgz Marketing Group in 1996, Glenn served as executive vice
president of operations with Zip Sort (now PSI Group). There he managed day-to-day
operations, including the list maintenance, laser printing and offset printing divisions.
He continues to leverage his experience in data and segmentation to help current
and prospective clients develop effective customer-centric business solutions.

Tim Altier
Director of Business Analytics and Insight

Tim has built a career converting raw data into business intelligence by using statistical
analysis and data-mining techniques. At Bridgz Marketing Group, he designs and implements
marketing strategies that use best-in-class modeling, segmentation and database
marketing techniques. Tim has done work in the financial services, retail, telecommunications
and pharmaceutical industries, working with companies such as Target Corporation,
3M, American Express Financial Advisors, Chase and Fair Isaac. He has a B.A. in
Mathematics and an M.S. in Statistics.

Don Plantenberg
Vice President of Finance and Administration

Don has more than 30 years of experience managing B2B and B2C marketing organizations,
with responsibility for achieving long-term goals and objectives. Applying his deep
background in client services, project management, finance and organizational leadership,
he has built a track record of success. Don adheres to sound business practices
and proven methodologies, while building strong client-first teams with focused
and efficient operating systems.

Andrea Krohnberg
Lead Engagement Strategist

Andrea represents and advocates for the customer throughout the client engagement
process, by leveraging data and market insight to design programs that achieve optimum
customer engagement. Her role as Lead Engagement Strategist involves analyzing media
channels – from traditional options to emerging interactive platforms –
and applying them in the most effective way. Andrea draws from over a dozen years
of experience integrating customer strategy, brand marketing and loyalty engagement
for Radisson Hotels & Resorts while working with Carlson Marketing. She has
a B.S.B. in both Marketing and General Management from the University of Minnesota.

Bob Gorans
Director of Data Services

Bob has 15 years of experience in the IT industry and an extensive background in
developing and maintaining large-scale marketing database solutions. For ten years
he worked with eLoyalty, creating marketing systems and business strategies that
drove quantifiable ROI. Bob now leads the Bridgz data services team in building
marketing databases that work in tandem with our methodology to deliver customer-focused
programs.

Michelle Van Santen
Creative Director
|

Midway through engineering school, Michelle discovered her true passion and became
a designer. She brings this unusual mix of analytical thinking and conceptual design
to her position as creative director. Together, Michelle and her creative team execute
an emotionally engaging customer experience across all print and interactive marketing
communications. Michelle holds a B.A. in Design and Psychology, and has accumulated
15-plus years of experience on national corporate and consumer accounts.

David Vinge
Director of Interactive Services

|
David is the lead strategist for digital services to Bridgz clients, including web
site development, interactive advertising, search engine marketing and social media.
He has over 25 years of professional marketing experience including over 16 years
as an Interactive Marketer using online opportunities to connect with customers
and fulfill the digital-marketing goals of businesses. Prior to working at Bridgz,
David devised interactive strategies and managed development of client web sites
at three advertising agencies. In addition, David managed global interactive efforts
at a major manufacturing company as Web Marketing Manager and E-Commerce Product
Manager.
